Dutch
Holland, Ph.D. The head coach and author of Red
Zone Management, Dutch has more than 30
years of "on the field" experience. As CEO and founder
of Holland & Davis, LLC, he has shared his expertise delivering
keynotes, writing and publishing books and articles and leading
workshops. Most of Dutch's time, however is spent working
with boards, leaders and teams of leading organizations to
help them win big when it counts. Holland's clients include
Bell Helicopter Textron, Florida Power & Light, Texaco
USA, Houston Cellular, Olivetti, Deloitte & Touche, and
NASA's Johnson Space Center. He focuses on strategy, organizational
design, and management of technology. He has been an advisor
on industrial innovation to the President and Secretary of
Commerce. Dutch has led change initiatives in a variety of
industries and has taught executives at Rice University, the
University of Houston, The University of Texas, and the Wharton
School's Securities Industry Institute. His many articles
on the management of change have been published in academic
journals as well as national industry publications. He is
also the author of Change Is the Rule: Practical Actions for
Change; On Target, On Time, On Budget from Dearborn (May 2000).

Gary
Skarke, CMC, CPCM, MBA, Managing Director, has significant
experience in the Red Zone with strategy development and implementation,
operational improvement, change management, and ERP implementations.
Gary received his MBA from The University of Texas at Austin
and is a certified management consultant with over 25 years
of experience in various industries and the public sector
- 15 years of which have been with HDI. Prior to joining HDI,
he was a consultant with two Big Five firms. He has been an
active leader on non-profit boards and in the community. Gary
has published articles on management and is lead author of
The Change Management Toolkit, second edition published in
1999 by WinHope Press.

Michael (Mike) Campbell, MS, a Managing Director with
Holland & Davis, has extensive Red Zone coaching experience
with over 20 years experience in working with senior management
teams to improve organizational communication and prepare
management teams for organizational change. Mike has worked
with a wide variety of clients - from large, multinational
companies to smaller companies and non-profit organizations.
He and HDI help companies to effectively implement their initiatives
and Engineer Organizational Change. Mike is a nationally recognized
expert on performance consulting and shared services. He has
been a featured speaker at numerous national conferences and
has published several articles in a variety of national and
international publications.

Henry
(Skeeter) Lieberum, MA, has over 25 years experience in
management and human resource operations and a strong background
in leading teams through critical Red Zone maneuvers. He specializes
in leadership training, executive support, and organizational
change/development. He has had many successes troubleshooting
specific business problem areas, improving organizational
communication, and introducing multiple motivation techniques.
