The
head coach and author of Red
Zone Management, Dutch has more than 30
years of "on the field" experience. As CEO and founder
of Holland & Davis, LLC, he has shared his expertise delivering
keynotes, writing and publishing books and articles and leading
workshops. Most of Dutch's time, however, is spent working
with boards, leaders and teams of leading organizations to
help them win big when it counts. Holland's clients include
Bell Helicopter Textron, Florida Power & Light, Texaco
USA, Houston Cellular, Olivetti, Deloitte & Touche, and
NASA's Johnson Space Center. He focuses on strategy, organizational
design, and management of technology.
Dutch
has been an advisor on industrial innovation to the President
of the U.S. and Secretary of Commerce. He has led change initiatives
in a variety of industries and has taught executives at Rice
University, the University of Houston, The University of Texas,
and the Wharton School's Securities Industry Institute. His
many articles on the management of change have been published
in academic journals as well as national industry publications.
